Gorcott Hall Wedding Magic Experience

Enchanting Wedding Celebrations at Gorcott Hall
As a Northamptonshire-based magician, I recently had the pleasure of performing at the charming Gorcott Hall in Warwickshire for the wedding of Elysia and David on August 10, 2025. This venue, nestled on Gorcott Hill in Mappleborough Green, offers a relaxed and cosy setting perfect for intimate celebrations with around 40 guests.
From the welcoming entrance to the beautiful outdoor ceremony area, Gorcott Hall provides a stunning backdrop for a memorable day. The venue's garden, courtyard, and natural lighting, combined with a great sound system, created ideal conditions for my half-day magic and hosting performance.

Memorable Moments and Magic Highlights
The highlight of the magic acts was undoubtedly the sponge balls, which delighted the children, and some incredible card tricks performed for the adults. One of the most standout moments was watching Kieran, the bride and groom’s son, with his sharp mind trying to figure out the magic trick. His amazement and disbelief made for a truly memorable and humorous moment that everyone enjoyed.
During the elegant outdoor drinks reception, guests mingled in the garden while enjoying good food and garden games. The couple's choice of a three-course meal—starting with bruschetta, followed by a hearty roast-style main, and finishing with sticky toffee pudding—made the day even more special. I felt very well looked after, especially being gifted some lovely chocolates from Seattle and a bottle of rosé, which was a lovely touch.
If you’re planning a wedding or private event at Gorcott Hall, I highly recommend this venue for its intimate vibe, stunning outdoor areas, and thoughtful facilities. It’s a perfect setting to create unforgettable moments and magical memories.
